Fragments of the human face floats shattered, incomplete, and yet hauntingly expressive. Cracks run through eyes, lips, and cheeks, porcelain mask fractured by time and experience. The piece is vividly detailed, showing raw emotion: sorrow, rage, resilience. Almost faded, almost ghost-like, dissolving into the background of muted grays, deep blues, or stark monochrome.
Despite the fragmentation, the face seem to speak louder in pieces than it ever could whole. Each shard holds a story of pain endured, identity lost or rebuilt, the quiet violence of being unseen, or the silent strength of surviving. The composition evokes themes of trauma, mental health, identity, and the masks we wear to face the world.
Fragments of us is not about destruction it’s about truth. It invites the viewer to see beauty in imperfection, depth in damage, and humanity in the incomplete
